The session on scalping at the Retreat proved to be of great interest to many. So I thought I'd give a quick update.
One of the members took what was offered on board and has now tweaked a few things and so far it's proving to be successful.
So from time to time, I'll post updates here as I get them.
Don't be concerned with who this member is just yet... let them have the space they need to keep improving.
But here's the scoreboard thus far.
12 entries... 4 quick exits because the patterns weren't behaving... small to no loss
8 remaining entries... all profitable.
Average scalping session last for about 90 mins
Cool good to hear there are some people giving it a go. I'm going to do a bit of research about Donchian bands this week and set some time aside to watch the 15 minute charts to become familiar with the patterns.
Congrats mystery scalper.... and Kate. I would really like to hear updates as you learn more and come up with an approach that works well for you.
Hi Kate, it's interesting comparing the Donchian Bands to the Bollinger Bands.
I've developed a scalping strategy of my own. Theres just one minor problem. Its not making me any money. In fact its made me lose money... I don't think its working
The scalper got a slap down last week but is still in there and continuing to refine... refine... refine...
